I collect this data through the contact form on my website which is linked to my email which is password protected. Your e-mail will not be stored on my website.
My business involves taking photographs. I archive all pictures for the lifetime of the business. This is to ensure the data is available should a client require further copies. Your personal data is retained for the lifetime of the archive. For tax purposes, I am required to hold business accounts for a period of 7 years after filing. You may request to see that data and I will furnish it as quick as possible. Any data provided it’s not required for a legitimate legal basis, may be removed on request.
